I'm very lucky to live in Farnham, Surrey which is a World Craft Town. In October it gets even more exciting for local craftspeople as we celebrate Craft Month! If you are in Farnham, I highly recommend that you pick up a copy of the Craft Month brochure. Available at Farnham Maltings, the New Ashgate Gallery, Farnham Pottery, the UCA and lots of other venues around town. There's loads going on including over 40 free events. If you're not local then there's lots of information at www.farnhamcrafttown. I'm particularly looking forward to next week-end and the Festival of Crafts at Farnham...
2022 Playhouses
Playhouse making is a seasonal activity which has to work around the annual willow harvest. As soon as Christmas is over, I dust off my tools, put on my warmest jumpers and head outside to start making. If you want a playhouse this year, you can either choose and buy one from my website or pay a £150 deposit. Either way, I will let you know a rough delivery estimate. I make playhouses in the order in which orders and deposits arrive, but will try to accommodate requests for deliveries in time for birthdays and other special occasions.

Have a look these beauties ..... ...... ALL of the plant supports photographed here were made by my lovely friends who test-drove the class for me. Don't they look great?! They were all new to the craft and made...
NEW! - the Podkin
Introducing a brand new addition to my playhouse family..... the Podkin!I've been wanting for ages to come up with a design that would fit through a standard doorway so that it could be an indoor den in a playroom or child's bedroom. But I wanted it to share the easily recognisable curves of my other playhouses and be big enough to be comfortable for a small child. Finally, I've had the time to experiment and I'm really pleased with the result. The Podkin costs £475 plus delivery (£75 to a UK mainland address) More details here.
