Deposit for a playhouse

Orders now closed for 2026 but you can pay a deposit to secure a 2027 playhouse.

I can only make the playhouses in the Spring and early Summer when freshly cut willow is available. Hence, I only make 10-20 playhouses a year. All are made to order. I usually stop making around June and start again in January. 

If you would like to buy a playhouse please pay a non-refundable £200 deposit here and then email me with details of which playhouse you would like and when you would ideally like it to be delivered.

I will make and deliver playhouses in the order in which the deposits come in, but I will try to work around your plans where possible. For example, if a delivery needs to tie in with a birthday or the completion of a garden renovation. However, I cannot store playhouses beyond the end of July without incurring additional costs.

If you pay a deposit after I have stopped making for the year (July - December), you will be put onto my order list for the following Spring.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and that I will invoice you for the remainder of the playhouse price plus delivery once the playhouse is ready. If you are in the South of England I usually charge about £150 for delivery and will bring it to you myself. If further afield I will use a courier. They can charge up to £600 for a delivery in England, £1,200 for Europe and £2,000+ outside Europe inc. the USA. Please ask if you would like a delivery quotation. Alternatively you are welcome to collect your playhouse from my studio in Surrey, England.

Please do check that wherever you plan to put the playhouse is easily accessible. Any delivery quotation will exclude the cost of craning the playhouse over your house if that's the only way to get it into your garden!!
